McCabe Connections Center

Launched by the Mental Health Collaborative of Indian River County, the McCabe Connections Center is the central access point for supporting the behavioral health needs of Indian River County adults and youths experiencing difficulties gaining access to mental health and substance abuse services.

Connections staff assist individuals with underlying mental health or substance use disorders and provide referrals to community mental health and substance abuse providers best suited to meet their needs. Our goal is to obtain appointments on behalf of each individual within 5 days in order to lessen the risk of further distress. We screen, make appointments, assess and eliminate barriers to attendance and do timely follow-ups to ensure a positive outcome. Insurance is not required nor is there any fee for our services.
